Karol Górnicki Leasing Director Karol is an expert with ten years of experience in the commercial real estate market. He gained his professional experience at Panattoni Europe. His duties involved operational support of the Development department, where he was responsible for coordinating processes from land purchase, and preparing offers, to finalizing lease agreements. This role inspired him and helped him decide on his further career path in the area of warehouse space leasing.
This stage of his career motivated Karol to continuously expand his knowledge in technical aspects, conduct negotiations, and build lasting relationships with clients. Through these activities, Karol has become a valued advisor to clients throughout the leasing process.
The next step in his career was joining the company 7R, where initially, as a Leasing Manager, Karol coordinated and supported the leasing processes of warehouse halls. Subsequently, in the independent position of Senior Leasing Manager, he acquired new clients for warehouse projects throughout Poland.
Currently, Karol holds the position of Director of Leasing, where he provides extensive advisory services related to the rental of LemonTree warehouse spaces. He implements green lease agreements and advises clients on cost reduction through ergonomic design of spaces tailored to specific needs.
Karol possesses extensive knowledge in the arrangement of warehouse spaces in many key industries, from typical logistics to the courier industry, specialized storage solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, and e-commerce industries, to light production and complex BTS (Build-to-Suit) projects.
