Karol Górnicki Leasing Director Karol is an expert with many years of experience in the commercial real estate market. He gained his expertise at Panattoni Europe in the Development Department, where he was responsible for coordinating processes ranging from land acquisition and offer preparation to the finalization of lease agreements. He later joined 7R as a Leasing Manager, eventually being promoted to Senior Leasing Manager, where he handled leasing processes and acquired new clients for warehouse projects across Poland. Currently, as Leasing Director at LemonTree, Karol provides comprehensive advisory services related to warehouse leasing, including the implementation of green lease agreements and consulting clients on cost reduction through ergonomic design tailored to specific operational needs. Karol has in-depth knowledge of warehouse space planning across key industries – from traditional logistics and courier services to specialized warehousing solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, and e-commerce sectors, as well as light manufacturing, production facilities, and complex BTS projects. As a member of the FutureMinds team, he collaborates on implementing LemonTree’s environmental sustainability strategies.
