Stefania Kochaniak Pre Development & Project Management Coordinator Stefania Kochaniak is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. She has 5 years of design experience gained in the architectural studios TREKTURA and PXR Architekci in residential, public utility and warehouse investments. As an Architect, she gained experience in preparing design documentation, analyzing legal and technical conditions, as well as in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
She continued her career as a Junior Engineer, Junior Project Manager and then Project Manager in the technical department at the international consulting corporation Savills. During the 2.5-year stage of professional development on Fit-Out and Due Diligence projects, Stefania was responsible for supporting Fit-Out projects and for creating technical analyzes of real estate for the needs of transaction processes and investment implementation, effectively coordinating the work of teams responsible for issues environmental, geotechnical, geodetic, industry and legal.
Developing the skills acquired during Due Diligence audits, she started working as a Pre-Development Coordinator for the 7R warehouse developer. Her role was to prepare technical analyzes of real estate and conduct the investment preparation process.
Then she continued working as Pre-Development Coordinator at LemonTree. Her responsibilities included technical analyzes of land for the implementation of warehouse and production investments. Thanks to her experience, she is able to effectively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, which ensures a smooth investment process from the concept stage to implementation. In January, she joined the Future Minds team, where, together with the entire team, she works on implementing sustainable solutions, which allows the scope of the predevelopment phase to be expanded to include important ESG issues.
Stefania strives to develop towards carrying out projects at later stages, having solid knowledge of the preparatory phase. She is committed to expanding her competences in this area and in June she took up the position of Pre-Development & Project Management Coordinator. On the blog, Stefania will share her knowledge and experience in the field of predevelopment, where a particularly important aspect will be a sustainable way of preparing investments, in line with ESG principles.
