Zuzanna Wencel-Czuryszkiewicz General Counsel Zuzanna Wencel Czuryszkiewicz is a legal advisor with 15 years of experience in the real estate and development sector. For over eight years, she worked at the international law firm Magnusson, where she advised Polish and international clients on real estate transactions, commercial agreements and development projects, and also represented clients in civil proceedings. Such a broad scope of experience enabled her to gain an in-depth understanding of the legal and operational conditions of the real estate market. She then joined 7R S.A. as in-house counsel, supporting one of the leading logistics developers in Poland during a period of dynamic growth. In this role, she was responsible for legal oversight of industrial and logistics projects as well as for negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. As General Counsel at LemonTree S.A., Zuzanna oversees the company’s legal strategy and the area of corporate governance. She is also responsible for ongoing legal matters related to development activity, including supervision and structuring of real estate transactions covering land acquisitions and the sale of completed projects.. In addition to her legal responsibilities, Zuzanna actively participates in the development and implementation of LemonTree’s sustainable development strategy. She supports ESG initiatives and is responsible for the legal aspects of implementing the sustainable development strategy within the organization.

Marcin Świderski Head of Project Management Marcin Świderski is a professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry. He has worked in various construction companies, holding roles such as Project Manager at APP Projekt S.A., Construction Supervision Inspector, and later Director of Project Management at 7R. Marcin has a solid background in managing investment projects and overseeing construction works across a range of property types. He has been responsible for comprehensive investment support—from the preparatory phase, through coordinating the design process and securing the necessary permits, to the timely completion and handover of finished facilities to tenants. At LemonTree, Marcin serves as Head of Project Management, overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution to completion. He also leads the Project Management team, where he is responsible for budgeting, risk analysis, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Marcin is additionally a member of the FutureMinds team, contributing to the company’s environmental initiatives as part of its broader sustainability strategy.

Anna Biarda Property Management Director Anna Biarda is a commercial real estate expert with many years of experience, specializing in property management. She has extensive knowledge in this field, gained through managing over 500,000 sqm of real estate, including warehouse projects, shopping centers, and office buildings. Her experience and role as a Property Manager have supported the smooth operations of international investment funds on the Polish market, including CBRE Investment Management, CPI Property Group, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and AIG Group (now Metlife). Currently, Anna leads the Property Management department at LemonTree and oversees all of the company’s warehouse and service complexes. She is also a member of the FutureMinds team, dedicated to implementing LemonTree’s sustainability strategy. Her work focuses on driving the transition toward low-emission buildings, for example, through the purchase of renewable energy and optimized building operations. Biodiversity and water footprint management are also key areas of her role.

Aleksandra Lorek Sustainability Specialist Aleksandra Lorek has been involved in the commercial real estate market for over 10 years. She began her career at the international advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield, where she coordinated administrative, corporate, and business processes in the office space department. She then gained experience at one of the largest logistics developers, 7R, expanding her knowledge in the field of development. Currently, she works at LemonTree as a Sustainability Specialist and is part of the FutureMinds team dedicated to implementing the company’s sustainability strategy. At LemonTree, she has gained broad experience across the entire development process. Her collaboration with the Project Management team enriched her background and allowed her to deepen her technical expertise. Today, she is responsible for implementing the sustainability strategy, in which she played an active role during its development. One of her key responsibilities is also the creation of a new biodiversity protection standard for LemonTree's investments, as well as preparing the company for reporting in line with the CSRD directive.

Katarzyna Dorocińska Head of Marketing & Communication | Sustainability Lead Kasia Dorocińska is an expert with many years of experience in brand strategy, communication, and image building. She began her career in international creative agencies, including Young & Rubicam and Ogilvy. She then moved into the commercial real estate sector, joining the marketing and communications department at the real estate advisory firm Colliers, working in London, then Moscow, and later Warsaw. At Colliers Poland, she was responsible for implementing marketing and communication strategies, as well as for developing the company's real estate marketing services. After several years in real estate advisory, Kasia joined one of the largest logistics and warehouse developers in Poland – 7R – as Head of Marketing & Communication. She led the company’s rebranding and oversaw the creation and implementation of its marketing and communication strategy. During this time, she gained extensive experience in the development of logistics and industrial properties. At LemonTree, Kasia holds the position of Head of Marketing & Communication, where she co-develops the brand strategy, implements a sustainable marketing and communication strategy, and shapes the identity of individual mixed-use warehouse and service complexes. She also serves in a dual role as Sustainability Lead, heading the FutureMinds team, which is responsible for executing the company’s sustainability strategy and preparing non-financial reporting.

Bartłomiej Krawiecki CEO, Co-Founder Bartłomiej is a leader with extensive experience in the industrial real estate market. Stefania Kochaniak Pre Development & Project Management Coordinator Stefania Kochaniak is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. She has 5 years of design experience gained at architectural firms TREKTURA and PXR Architekci, working on residential, public utility, and warehouse projects. She has gained experience in preparing design documentation, analyzing legal and technical conditions, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. She continued her career as a Junior Engineer, Junior Project Manager, and later as a Project Manager in the technical department at the international advisory firm Savills. Stefania supported Fit-Out projects and created technical analyses of properties for transactional processes and investment implementation. She also coordinated the work of teams responsible for environmental, geotechnical, cadastral, industry-specific, and legal matters. Building on her skills gained during Due Diligence audits, she started working as a Pre-Development Coordinator at the warehouse developer 7R. Her role involved developing technical analyses of properties and overseeing the pre-development phase of investments. Stefania then joined LemonTree as a Pre-Development Coordinator, and now, as a Pre-Development & Project Management Coordinator, she focuses on technical analyses of land for warehouse and production investment projects, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to implementation. As a member of the FutureMinds team, she collaborates on implementing sustainable solutions, which allows her to expand the scope of the pre-development phase to include key ESG considerations.
