Sustainable development is key in company strategies. 2024 marked LemonTree's first full year operating sustainably, with a shift across all levels.
Katarzyna Dorocińska Head of Marketing & Communication | Sustainability Lead Kasia Dorocińska, an expert with over twenty years of experience in the area of ​​brand creation, strategy and communication, building its image and a strong creative approach to design work. During her many years of work, she gained experience in international creative agencies, including: at Young & Rubicam or Ogilvy.
Then she continued her path on the business side, joining the marketing and communications department of the commercial real estate agency Colliers - in London, then Moscow and Warsaw. While working at Colliers Poland, Kasia was responsible for co-creating and implementing marketing and communication strategies, leading a large team. At the same time, she was responsible for developing the property marketing service for developers of office buildings in Poland, which resulted in many interesting projects that supported the commercialization processes of these facilities and their communication. After many years of working in a consulting agency with a broad view of all areas of commercial real estate, Kasia joined one of the largest logistics and warehouse developers in Poland - 7R, where she served as Head of Marketing & Communication. There, she was responsible for re-branding, strengthening the brand, as well as preparing and implementing a marketing and communication strategy. There she also began to gain knowledge and experience in the field of logistics and industrial real estate development.
At LemonTree, Kasia holds the position of Head of Marketing & Communication, where she is responsible for co-creating the brand, creating a sustainable marketing and communication strategy for LemonTree, its execution and for creating the identity of individual warehouse and service complexes. Kasia also plays a second role at LemonTree - Sustainability Lead, heading the FutureMinds team whose task is to implement and implement the sustainable development strategy. For this new role, Kasia deepened her knowledge in the field of Sustainability Business Management at Cambridge University. Kasia is constantly developing her knowledge in the field of sustainable development, she is also passionate about art, especially photography - this interest resulted in the defense of her doctorate at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Kasia loves dogs, philosophy and music, especially classical music.

Bartłomiej Krawiecki CEO, Co-Founder Bartłomiej is a leader with extensive experience in the industrial real estate market. As one of the founders of LemonTree, he is realizing his unique vision by combining innovation with sustainable development principles to create new standards in the industry with a responsibility for the future. Thanks to his long-standing experience, he is now focused on introducing new technologies and redefining quality in the warehouse market in Poland. Previously, as Vice President of the Management Board at 7R and COO, he was responsible for implementing 7R's development strategy in Poland and abroad, while overseeing key stages of the development process. He was the initiator of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept – the first urban warehouse network in Poland. Before joining 7R, he worked for 10 years at Panattoni Development Europe. His career began at companies such as Platan Group and Menard Doswell. Bartłomiej is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. Stefania Kochaniak Pre Development & Project Management Coordinator Stefania Kochaniak is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. She has 5 years of design experience gained in the architectural studios TREKTURA and PXR Architekci in residential, public utility and warehouse investments. As an Architect, she gained experience in preparing design documentation, analyzing legal and technical conditions, as well as in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
She continued her career as a Junior Engineer, Junior Project Manager and then Project Manager in the technical department at the international consulting corporation Savills. During the 2.5-year stage of professional development on Fit-Out and Due Diligence projects, Stefania was responsible for supporting Fit-Out projects and for creating technical analyzes of real estate for the needs of transaction processes and investment implementation, effectively coordinating the work of teams responsible for issues environmental, geotechnical, geodetic, industry and legal.
Developing the skills acquired during Due Diligence audits, she started working as a Pre-Development Coordinator for the 7R warehouse developer. Her role was to prepare technical analyzes of real estate and conduct the investment preparation process.
Then she continued working as Pre-Development Coordinator at LemonTree. Her responsibilities included technical analyzes of land for the implementation of warehouse and production investments. Thanks to her experience, she is able to effectively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, which ensures a smooth investment process from the concept stage to implementation. In January, she joined the Future Minds team, where, together with the entire team, she works on implementing sustainable solutions, which allows the scope of the predevelopment phase to be expanded to include important ESG issues.
Stefania strives to develop towards carrying out projects at later stages, having solid knowledge of the preparatory phase. She is committed to expanding her competences in this area and in June she took up the position of Pre-Development & Project Management Coordinator. On the blog, Stefania will share her knowledge and experience in the field of predevelopment, where a particularly important aspect will be a sustainable way of preparing investments, in line with ESG principles.
