Marcin Nalepa Project Manager Marcin is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering. He has many years of experience in executing large construction projects, including the Sheraton and Intercontinental Hotels in Warsaw. His broad range of competencies was developed over the years while working as a Project Manager on numerous construction projects of various scales.
Working at "Lidl Polska" as a construction manager strengthened Marcin's skills in coordinating the entire investment process involved in the creation of new buildings. Over the course of several years, Marcin was responsible for coordinating the investment process and successfully building a total of 60 Lidl stores across Poland. After the buildings were put into operation, Marcin was responsible for ensuring the flawless technical and maintenance aspects of the retail spaces.
The next 8-year stage of Marcin's professional development took place at Panattoni Development Europe as a Project Manager, further enriching and solidifying his expert experience in a wide range of project management areas. His role involved participating from the beginning of the pre-development process, obtaining the necessary permits and approvals, coordinating the design process, liaising with local authorities, and ensuring the timely completion and handover of the warehouse facility, including office space, to the tenant.
At LemonTree, Marcin continues to take on challenges in the Project Management department, leveraging his previously acquired knowledge and many years of experience in leading various logistics-service projects. Marcin's motto is continuous education and gaining knowledge in sustainable construction. Striving for zero-emission buildings and their energy efficiency is a guiding principle in his daily work. Preparing Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for each new building and meticulously selecting low-emission materials are just part of the actions aimed at implementing environmental initiatives from LemonTree's sustainable development strategy.
Marcin is passionate about sustainable construction, and further education in this area is one of the key points for his continued professional development.
