Tomasz Kostrzewa Head of Transactions Tomasz Kostrzewa is an expert in transactions and negotiations within the industrial and logistics real estate sector, serving as Head of Transactions and responsible for capital advisory at LemonTree. He has over 19 years of experience encompassing the development and execution of due diligence strategies, process management, and legal-financial coordination to achieve the business objectives of development companies. His expertise covers the entire lifecycle of a warehouse investment, from construction cost and financing analysis, through operational efficiency, to exit scenarios. At LemonTree, he brings key competencies in real estate and asset management, integrating commercial, technical, and financial aspects. Before joining the company, he co-created the capital markets department at 7R, where he held the position of Senior Investment Director, and earlier gained experience at Panattoni Europe and Colliers. She currently holds the position of Senior Leasing Manager at LemonTree, where she provides advisory services to clients regarding the lease of warehouse and service space, as well as the commercialization of properties within the company’s portfolio. Dominika gained valuable experience at 7R, where she managed warehouse leasing processes in the Upper Silesia region as a BTS Leasing Manager, while also leading build-to-suit projects for clients across Poland. Earlier in her career, she worked at Valeo, where she served as Indirect Purchasing Segment Leader. In that role, she was responsible for leasing warehouse and production properties, as well as managing contracts for domestic and international transport and logistics. As a member of the FutureMinds team, she contributes to the implementation of LemonTree’s sustainability strategy, particularly in the area of social impact projects.
