Karolina Kucharczyk Head of Property Management Karolina is a commercial real estate expert with nearly 20 years of experience in office, logistics, and industrial property management. Since March 2026, she has served as Head of Property Management at LemonTree. Previously, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield Polska as Senior Portfolio Manager/Key Account Manager, where she was responsible for the development of property management services and the management of logistics and office property portfolios. She also gained experience at GTC S.A. and Hines Polska, where she was responsible for managing property portfolios, implementing investment and modernization projects, leasing activities, and implementing ESG solutions. She has managed teams of specialists and collaborated with international investors to build asset value. Karolina is distinguished by her strategic perspective on real estate combined with an excellent understanding of operational processes. Thanks to her experience working with owners, investors, and management companies, she effectively creates long-term property value and ensures the highest standards of service for tenants and business partners.
