Bartłomiej Krawiecki CEO, Co-Founder Bartłomiej is a leader with extensive experience in the industrial real estate market. As CEO and one of the co-founders of LemonTree, he brings his unique vision to life by combining innovation with the principles of sustainable development, setting new industry standards with a strong sense of responsibility for the future. Today, drawing on years of experience, he is shaping the direction of growth by implementing modern technologies and raising quality standards in the Polish warehouse market. Previously, as Vice President of the Management Board and COO at 7R, he was responsible for executing the company’s growth strategy in Poland and abroad, while also overseeing key stages of the development process. He was the originator of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept – the first urban warehouse network in Poland. Before joining 7R, he worked with Panattoni Development Europe. He began his career at companies such as Platan Group and Menard Doswell. Bartłomiej is known for his dynamic personality and proactive approach. This combination results in original ideas and innovative products. He also leads the FutureMinds team, which is dedicated to implementing sustainable development strategies.
