Bartłomiej has been operating on the real estate and logistics market since 2004. Currently, he concentrates on defining a new quality on the warehouse market in Poland.
Prior to that, Bartłomiej was Vice President of the Board and COO in 7R. He was responsible for implementing development strategies in Poland and foreign markets, simultaneously monitoring key stages of the development process. He is an initiator of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept – the first in Poland urban warehouses network. Before joining 7R, Bartłomiej spent 10 years working in Panattoni Development Europe.
He started his career in companies such as Platan Group and Menard Doswell. Bartłomiej has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from Warsaw University.
Bartłomiej can be distinguished by his dynamic personality and proactive approach. These traits result in magnificent ideas and products.
Maciej is associated with the industrial real estate market since 2008. He has years of experience in the development sector, obtained while working as Head of Leasing Department and senior development manager.
Recently, he led a commercialization team in 7R and was responsible for developing logistics parks and new projects in Poland. Prior to that, he worked in Cushman & Wakefield as well as Panattoni Europe.
Maciej graduated from Leon Koźmiński Academy.
Maciej perfectly understands the tenants’ needs and follows the latest market trends, which are essential qualities in the leasing process.
Łukasz has been involved in the real estate and investment market since 2011. He gained experience in the private equity sector, working for Neo Investments and Colliers International.
Before LemonTree Łukasz was a Chief Capital Markets Officer in 7R and held a Member of the Board position. Together with his team, in the years 2020-2022, he closed transactions exceeding 1 billion EUR.
Łukasz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and is Harvard Business School Alumni (GMP33).
His knowledge of the investment and real estate market and his well-balanced business attitude offer investors a reliable transaction process and fair partner approach.
